Job Summary The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for providing a positive customer support experience while providing first tier communications support utilizing various methods of communications with limited supervision. Responsibilities will include screening and routing users to appropriate assigned areas, creating tickets and escalating to next tier personnel. Position will utilize standard operating procedures and guidelines for prompt resolution of issues. Specialist position requires good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively and cooperatively. Position must also create a professional, respectful work environment to achieve departmental and organizations goals.Education High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates in computer science or related is a plus.ExperienceMinimum one (1) year experience in a healthcare and / or customer service industry required.1-3 years of experience answering multi-line phones and / or working in a call center a “strong plus”.An ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in customer support or help desk related workCandidate must be confident adapting, learning and working across multiple applications and PC systemsLicensures, Certifications, and / or RegistrieAdditional Information
