About the job

  • Acts as a tactical HR resource to HR leadership for various aspects of assigned groups of employees.
  • Possesses working knowledge of company’s benefit programs, HR policies and practices, HR systems and employee handbook in order to serve as a HR point of contact
  • Possesses personal and professional credibility to serve as a resource
  • Administers HR policies and procedures while optimizing use of internal HR resources and systems.
  • May be responsible for recruiting for employees
  • Collaborates with the HRSSC for compensation, benefits, payroll, recruiting management, HRIS administration and policy management.
  • Ensures personal and company compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and company policies
  • May provide tactical, administrative support to the HR team and business units
  • May provide support to other members of the HR team
  • Occasional travel as required; reliable attendance is a must.
  • Ability to work onsite 80% of the week
  • Other duties as assigned

Your tasks

Coordination of business unit onboarding

Interview scheduling, internal and external candidates

Administrative support for HR leadership team including booking travel, meeting coordination and scheduling, system updates, reporting

Personnel Requests

Other tasks as assigned by HR leadership team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree; or four years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Human Resources.
