A company is looking for a Global Health Economics and Outcomes Research Director.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the comprehensive HEOR plan aligned with the Access Strategy LeadGenerate payer-relevant evidence and ensure delivery of global core materials for Health Technology Assessment submissionsLead the HEOR team and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholdersRequired QualificationsDoctorate degree with 4 years of HEOR experience, or Master's degree with 7 years of HEOR experience, or Bachelor's degree with 9 years of HEOR experienceExperience in therapeutic areas related to the company's productsExperience with direct country HTA interactions and early HTA engagementHealth economics training, either academic or on-the-jobExpertise in developing payer-relevant evidence and crafting PRO / COA strategies
