Cascade is seeking highly experienced veteran sales representatives to open new customer accounts in new territories in the US.
You will be responsible for specific territories and will earn bonuses based on opening accounts that the business can successfully service by providing our healthcare employees (nurses / aids / techs) for shifts or contracts.
This is a newly created department based on our decision to expand and we are seeking 2-3 people to begin with, who will report to the CEO. We are already hugely successful, and have been for over 30 years, in this effort in Kansas and Missouri.
The actual official title of this position is TBD. We are leaning into Territory Director, but are looking into ideas. This is however an actual sales position and not a sales manager position at this time.

SALARY AND BENEFITS :
Base is negotiable, but we expect high volume bonuses and a lower base
Bonus is currently based on the revenue / hours we are able to bill at the accounts opened by you
Total first year annual compensation is only limited by your own success but should be $70,000 to $150,000, thereafter, we would expect to see it increase annually.

REQUIREMENTS OR NECESSARY EXPERIENCE :
Minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience in a high pressure setting
Experience starting or growing a region or territory would be a huge benefit
Healthcare knowledge of some kind would be a huge benefit
Software or SAAS or technology sales is a huge benefit
Utilizing various platforms is vital, such as HubSpot, homegrown software, Zoho products, BambooHRIS, Google Suite products such as Drive and Calendar, Front email management, MS Office products and others
Confident no fear attitude accompanied by a strict sense of strategy implementation and superior listening skills
Highly competitive nature is required
A David and Goliath attitude. We have been in no growth mode yet highly successful in Kansas and Missouri since 1988. We have just developed a growth desire and plan. Youll have tools, but not as much as the established players (competitors) so it is vital to have an entrepreneurial attitude consistently.
Experience in doing research and gathering intel. In this case it includes being able to identify state laws or rules than can help or hurt our businesss ability to be successful and assisting in decisions as to what next states and territories to go into based off of researching competition, any statistics that can be found as to usage of our particular type of services, etc.

TRAVEL :
This position will require some overnight travel as necessary and negotiated with the CEO. We anticipate 5 days month but will curtail this for the right individual to fit into their personal lifestyle. Depending on the territory youre given, there could be day travel. Expenses will be paid.
LOCATION :
Corporate office at 1001 NW Barry Road, Kansas City, MO
General hours 830A to 430P with work outside of that as necessary to ensure success
Some off hours phone calls on your cell phone should be expected
A potential hybrid schedule partially work from home and in office could be negotiated for a successful rep after proving viability and opening successful regions. We all have at home setups (computers and office phones) in order to have remote work days on specific inclement weather incidents.
THE DEETS :
Opportunity to be on the ground floor level of a national expansion with room for amazing advancement or financial gains
Midwest states will be our first level of expansion
Identifying and researching competition to understand how to overcome any potential obstacles or objections or to be able to offer a better solution as compared to others
Cold calling, in person drop ins or appointments, email and text will be expected
Supported by a small marketing department
Selling to all levels of customers in healthcare administration is necessary from large nationwide hospital systems to national or regional owner / operator / executive level staff of nursing homes, small rural hospital leadership, etc.
Report directly to the CEO with a lot of autonomy to implement successful ides
You will be selling our healthcare staffing services, but in equal conjunction with our software platform(s) that make the staffing monumentally easier, more efficient, visible, accessible, etc. We believe what we have built rivals that of the big guys.
We have had people working on our website, SEO, social media and other online items related to marketing and branding and recruitment, but at this time, we are giving them the ability to focus on it more and stripping some other responsibilities to give them more time. You would collaborate with them to improve these things or ask them to support you to be able to sell more successfully.
Use the Business Support Department to have Agreements / Contracts sent to the accounts you get on board
Work with the Directors or VPs of Staffing Operations, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition in order to collaborate the successful on boarding and staffing of your new accounts
Training will include sitting with various existing operational staff to immerse yourself in what they do and how they do it and will likely be what you do for the first 3-4 weeks.
Since this is a new position it will be evaluated as we go as for training, techniques, materials, etc. Our CEO has sold and opened many new territories but not since we became so technology centric and enabled
