Real Estate Litigation Attorney

A leading real estate litigation firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Litigation Associate, with 2+ years of experience, to join their growing team. Candidates must have commercial litigation experience, real estate experience strongly preferred. Candidates should possess excellent oral and written advocacy skills and be detail oriented with superior organizational skills and the ability to handle litigation matters independently.

This position is mostly remote flexible. Candidate must reside in Northern or Central California and be able to make appearances in office and in court as needed. An active CA State Bar license is required.

Desired Skills and Experience

3+ years of litigation experience.

Real estate litigation experience strongly preferred.
