A company is looking for an Art Director.Key ResponsibilitiesArt directs and oversees design assignments for all book projectsCollaborates with the Creative Director, Publisher, and Editor to match artists with projectsManages freelance designers and illustrators, maintaining schedules and production qualityRequired QualificationsMinimum 8 years of experience in full-package book design, specifically in graphic novels, manga, and manhwaExpert knowledge of the book design process and technical aspects of book productionStrong understanding of typography, color printing, and image formatsProficiency in InDesign and Adobe Creative SuitePeople management experience is strongly preferred
