RN Emergency Department Nurse (ER)

Description :

The RN Emergency Department Nurse provides care in a fast-paced emergency room setting, managing a high volume of patients, ranging from minor injuries to life-threatening conditions. The nurse will assess and treat patients across all age groups, provide trauma care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal care delivery. This role requires rotating weekend and holiday shifts, as well as proficiency in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC.

Mandatory Skills :

• Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 3 years of experience in emergency nursing.
• Certification in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC required.
• Experience working in a Level I trauma center preferred.
• Ability to handle a 4 : 1 patient ratio and work efficiently in a high-stress environment.
• Experience with all age groups and diverse medical diagnoses.
• Weekend and holiday shift rotation required.
