We are seeking a Financial Administrator! You will be responsible for the effective management and profitable operation of your assigned branch office.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee all Accounts payable, Accounts receivable
  • Oversee the flow of cash and financial investments
  • Analyze information to assess current and future financial statuses
  • Review costs for optimal budget planning
  • Evaluate reporting systems and collection procedures
  • Quickbooks
  • Oversee Office and clerical processes
  • Book keeping
  • Assist with Tax payments and preparation

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in financial management, financial services, or other related fields
  • Knowledge of common accounting practices

    Procore experience is a plus.

    Existing book of business related to construction is a major plus.

    Fluent in Spanish or other languages a plus.
