Dental Receptionist / Front Desk

We are looking for an experienced team member to cover a long term maternity leave. Dates are mid to end of April-September 2025.

You would work mainly with our other 3 team members in our business office to assist in giving our patients a great customer service experience! Our team is 24 people in total but we have about 16 team members working per day. We schedule 2 doctors and 4 hygienists per day, 5 days per week. Average about 50 patients per day we get to help in achieve their dental wants and needs.

Tasks could include but not limited to : treatment planning, making appointments, goal focused scheduling for doctors, verifying insurance benefits, f / u on insurance claims or denied claims, inputing patient payments, etc.

Type of skills needed : ability to work fast with accuracy, gmail / Word / Excel, ability to be flexible in working with patients and the team, friendly, wants to work with a team that treats patients with compassion and like family members. Experience in Dentrix, Dental Intel software a plus.

The working schedule would ideally be M-F, full time. However, that may be a bit negotiable if less hours are required from the candidate.

Our business hours are : M- 10-7, T 7-4, W 8-5, Th and Fr 7-4
