Real Estate Attorney

A leading global law firm is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions to join its New Jersey office. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, real estate finance, joint ventures, and development.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and joint ventures. Draft and negotiate a wide variety of real estate documents, including loan agreements, purchase agreements, and leases. Provide strategic legal counsel and support to clients in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Take on significant project responsibility and manage client relationships effectively. Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys while maintaining a proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused approach. Qualifications :

2-5 years of experience in commercial real estate law, including transactions, finance, and development. Strong academic background and superior drafting and negotiation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues. Admission to the New Jersey Bar is required.
