Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Build relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Responsible for overseeing solar site land development activities from Request for Proposal (RFP) through design plan preparation, construction and closeout to ensure projects are completed on budget and schedule
- Provide support to the Civil QA program
- Provide guidance and support to the Construction team to ensure compliance with permits per regulatory agencies
- Be knowledgeable of SWPP, SPCC and environmental best practices
- Manage subcontractors to ensure compliance with permit documents and project requirements
- Develop scope of work for subcontracted civil construction
- Champion Quality, Safety and Environmental initiatives and lead by example

Work is performed mainly on project sites and will require occasional overnight travel
