IU Health Physicians is actively recruiting a Gastroenterologist  to join their dynamic group in greater Indianapolis suburb of Fishers, Indiana . This role will include outpatient and infrequent inpatient visits at IU Health University Hospital and IU Health Saxony Hospital . There is also opportunity for a faculty appointment within the internationally recognized Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Digestive and Liver Disorders Division.Â

Employment Opportunity Details :

  • Full time Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
  • Current outpatient patient volume = 32 patients per week
  • Inpatient volume varies but will be around 8 per week
  • Work at IU Health University Hospital (40%) and at IU Health Saxony Hospital (60%)
  • Call duties include 4-8 weeks per year and 2 weeks of bleeder call
  • 90% outpatient role / 10% inpatient role

Requirements :

  • Gastroenterology Fellowship training required
  • Fellowship or experienced candidates only
  • American board certifiedÂ
