In this strategic role, the focus is on driving the profitable expansion of HSB’s existing key reinsured clients. This involves offering high-level consultation to primary insurance companies, both commercial and personal lines, within the assigned region.
The primary targets of this consultation are executives and top management at the home offices of HSB's clients. The essence of this role is to understand and align with the client's unique needs and objectives, providing them with HSB’s tailored solutions that can significantly contribute to their strategic goals and direction.
A critical aspect of this position is leading a dedicated client integration team. This team is not just a point of contact but a strategic partner for each client, working closely with them to bring added value and assist in achieving their specific strategies and objectives.
