Key Responsibilities

In this challenging yet rewarding role as an IT Program Manager, you are an integral part of what brings our company's mission to life. You are primarily responsible for and / or have demonstrated experience in, with or using :

  • Working in a collaborative, fast paced environment with a willingness to assist and support the team with evolving requirements and objectives
  • Analytic and communication skills to help build and document processes, policies, and job aids
  • Supporting IT software projects
  • Agile framework, processes, and principle
  • Working well with a team
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail

Highly Desired Qualifications

Other skills and demonstrated experiences that are highly desired but not mandatory to perform the work, include working with; using or familiarity with :

  • Proficient in PM software including MS Project and Visio
  • Knowledge of project management techniques and tools as well as direct work experience in a project management capacity to include PM Framework and Agile software development practices
  • Ability to professionally interact with senior level personnel
  • Desired but not mandatory certifications :

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
  • Current PMP Certification.
