As part of the Kito Crosby team, you will be supporting channel partners and end users around the world using Kito Crosby products in mission critical applications ranging from development of renewable power, space exploration, national defense, manufacturing and infrastructure development.

Job Summary

Good to Great" mindset catalyst. Self-motivated, results-driven, improvement engine. Streamline and continuously improve execution, visibility, cost, service, communication, compliance, and value. Design, implement, and continuously improve pull systems and lean supply chains. Maintain, replenish, and improve availability of products at multiple locations in the distribution network while minimizing total cost. Coordinate plans between warehouses, logistics, sales, plants, and suppliers. Execute with current systems, while helping transition toward lean, pull systems, and possibly new system(s).

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (

  • Maximize product availability at minimal total cost.
  • Implement pull systems where these will better achieve #1.
  • Aggressively drive a prevention mindset to build quality into processes, products, and services.
  • Make reporting and information flow consistent, low latency, reliable, and accurate.
  • Streamline processes, eliminate issues, and enhance visibility to create value.
  • Turn data into actionable information . . . and take action.
  • Use planning expertise in handling rush orders, new priorities, schedule and quantity changes, cancellations, and other factors impacting production and shipping schedules.
  • Review and adjust Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Capacity Requirements Planning (CRP), and Projected Inventory Balances (PIB).
  • Utilize computer systems to maintaining order quantities, release and completion dates, and related data.
  • Review and proactively adjust stocking levels against demand and forecast.
  • Coordinate with plants and suppliers, to improve stock levels, manage inventory, schedule, and balance supply and demand.
  • Manage drop ship process(es) and own the process(es) end to end.
  • Maintain trackers and visibility with sales, manufacturing points, and customer service.
  • Cross train with other peer groups as needed to ensure business continuity.
  • Manage orders of materials and equipment.
  • Plan and track shipment of products.
  • Schedule product runs with plants and facilities.
  • Prepare and issue schedules for manufacturing parts and components.
  • Be accurate and thorough.

Location : Role is onsite in Tulsa, OK.

Candidates preferred from the Tulsa, OK metropolitan area.

Job Specifications (Work Experience, Skills, Abilities, etc.)

  • 3-5 years' experience with supply, logistics, and planning
  • Critical Thinking - logic, reasoning, clear synthesis of strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, and approaches to problems
  • Time Management : ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Complex Problem Solving - identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
  • Strong business and financial acumen with demonstrated results of driving performance through continuous improvement projects
  • Passionate about driving transformational change across all functions in the organization
  • Proven ability to manage and execute on a variety of projects from inception to post-launch execution.
  • Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of materials and requirements planning software (ERP)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • APICS CPIM, CSCP, and / or CLTD certifications a plus
  • Education Requirements :

    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience and demonstrated mastery.

    Physical Demands / Environmental Conditions :

    Normal office conditions. Office may be located in a multi-level office building. Job demands may require long periods of sitting, telephone work, and / or computer work, as well as interaction with other people. Normal office conditions include walking, standing, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs, lifting, driving, and / or traveling.
