We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Landscape Supervisor to join our team and help lead our projects to success.

The Landscape Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our landscape projects. This role involves managing a team of laborers, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a deep knowledge of landscape and irrigation techniques.

Responsibilities :

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of landscape crew members.
• Ensure that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet Villa Park Landscape's quality standards.
• Train, mentor, and manage landscape crew members to promote a safe, efficient, and high-performing team.
• Oversee installation of landscape designs, including planting and irrigation.
• Maintain a high standard of work quality, paying attention to detail and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Communicate with clients via email and phone regularly to address questions or concerns about projects.
• Conduct regular site inspections with and without management to monitor and report on job progress.
• Enforce safety policies and protocols to create a safe work environment.
