Key responsibilities –
- Perform Customer studies and formulate Experience design that delights the customers through intuition and simplicity. Develop usage scenarios and conduct concept validation / usability testing to continuously derive value.
- Establish UX vision & roadmap through User journeys, Personas, and story boards., and ensure it’s aligned to the business and product objectives.
- Define product workflows, interactions, and UI specifications in close collaboration with Marketing, product managers and engineering team.
- Constantly innovate to improve user experience and help increase marketability of products.
- Manage UI / UX standards and implementation plan for the company.
Requirements –
Customer focused, Design driven and collaborative minded with superb communication skills.7+ years of user design experience in a online marketplace or ecommerce consumer facing design role. 3+ years as a lead designer for a large product or a suite of productsExperience applying design principles across web, mobile and native platforms.Experience building User journeys, Personas, and prototyping.Strong expertise in popular design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Invision studio or SketchExperience delivering in a Agile environment and working with multiple teams in parallelExpertise combining creative design with analytical results driven approach.Strong desire to solve complex problems and flexibility to adapt and adjust to changing market conditions.Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
