Job Title : Supply Chain Director
Location : New York, NY 10010
Travel : 20%
Work Week : Monday through Friday hybrid
Salaried : $120,000 to $140,000 + bonus

Position Overview :
This position is integral to ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain, managing external vendor relationships, and leading a team of professionals. You will report directly to the Finance Leader and play a key role in driving operational excellence and strategic planning within our organization. The ideal candidate will bring experience in managing international supply chains, building strong vendor partnerships, and working cross-functionally with various teams, including stores and warehouses. Key Responsibilities :
- Supply Chain Leadership : Oversee the end-to-end supply chain process, ensuring efficient management from the warehouse perspective to support both local and international operations.
- Vendor Management : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, ensuring timely and cost-effective product delivery. Build and manage vendor partnerships to drive continuous improvement in the supply chain.
- Demand Planning : Develop and implement demand planning strategies to ensure product availability aligns with forecasted sales and market trends.
- Team Management : Lead and develop a team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Provide coaching and mentoring to enhance team performance and professional growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with various departments, including store operations and warehouses, to ensure seamless communication and coordination of inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics.
- Project Management : Lead and manage key supply chain projects, focusing on process improvements, cost reductions, and the implementation of new technologies or systems.
- Strategic Planning : Collaborate with senior leadership on long-term supply chain strategy, incorporating market trends, customer demands, and operational efficiencies.
- Trend Awareness : Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve supply chain processes and performance.
- Data Analysis : Leverage advanced Excel skills to analyze data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions to optimize supply chain operations.
Required Qualifications :
Proven experience in supply chain management and demand planning, ideally within an international setting.Strong vendor management experience with a focus on building long-term, effective partnerships.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.Ability to work cross-functionally with teams in various departments, including finance, stores, and warehouses.Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis.Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.Experience working in a corporate environment and a fast-paced industry.Ability to manage a team and foster a high-performance culture.Education & Experience :
