Job Type : Full-time, Exempt

Pay Range : $69,000 - $89,000 per year

H.I.R.E Talent Group is seeking an enthusiastic Store Manager / Optician to lead our team at The Shops at Santa Anita. The ideal candidate will be a customer-focused leader with strong retail management experience and optical knowledge. Oversee daily store operations, ensuring seamless customer experiences and operational efficiency

Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold company standards

Manage customer concerns with professionalism, honesty, and integrity

Ensure accuracy and efficiency in eyewear assembly and product creation

Create a warm, vibrant, and inclusive store atmosphere

Conduct regular team meetings to align goals, improve service, and drive sales performance

Train, mentor, and support team members to foster professional growth

Adjust, fit, and assemble eyeglasses according to each customer's unique preferences

Manage in-store eye exams and support optometric services

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in opticianry or postsecondary education preferred

ABO Certification (Required)

Minimum 1 year of experience in retail store management

At least 2 years of experience as an optician in a retail or optometrist office setting

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
