Job Description :

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team and provide Mobile Wound Care services.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conduct patient visits in the comfort of their homes, ensuring a high level of care and compassion.
• See 8-10 patients per day, maintaining a focus on wound care and overall health assessment. Reserve paid half a day for thorough charting and documentation.
• Adapt to changes in healthcare protocols, technologies, and patient needs to provide the best care possible.
• Utilize critical thinking skills to develop personalized care plans and make informed clinical decisions.
• Diagnose wound conditions and associated health issues accurately. Collect wound cultures when necessary for diagnostic purposes.
