This is a direct-hire opportunity.Shift InformationMonday to Friday | 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PMGeneral RequirementsTrack record of developing and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs for facility equipmentStrong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex maintenance issuesExcellent organizational and project management skills to oversee multiple facility-related projectsAbility to manage CapEx, upgrade, and cost improvement projects from feasibility to production handoverWorking knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) and Environmental Monitoring Systems (EMS)Preferred RequirementsProven experience in building and developing strong Facilities Maintenance teamsPrevious experience managing facilities with injection molding, highly automated production, and intralogistics systems (ASRS, AGV)Essential FunctionsEnsure smooth operation of all facility equipmentDevelop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtimeOversee facility maintenance activities, including : Facility inspections, HVAC, compressed air, chillers, cooling towers, boilers, and electrical maintenance, BMS and EMS managementMonitor and assess facility equipment performance, identifying and resolving potential issuesEnforce compliance with local zoning laws and regulationsUtilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for work tracking and reportingLead and manage facility maintenance staff, ensuring team development and high performanceDevelop and oversee facilities budgets and strategic plans aligned with company growthManage all aspects of capital projects, infrastructure improvements, and vendor coordinationFunction as liaison between facility departments and key stakeholdersLeverage maintenance resources to drive improvements in safety, productivity, cost, and qualityEnsure effective root cause failure analysis and implementation of corrective actionsImprove and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for facility equipment maintenanceConduct Value Engineering Management Processes (VEMP) to maintain infrastructure costs within budgetCreate and maintain a safe work environment, enforcing all health and safety regulationsTrack and measure team performance through KPIsManage contractor / vendor relationships and oversee external facility projectsSupport other maintenance teams in problem-solving and decision-makingPerform other duties as assigned Qualifications : Required Education and ExperienceBachelors degree in Engineering or a related field7+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in a leadership roleExperience or training in Lean 6S, Six Sigma, Continuous Cost Reduction, OEE Improvements, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)Proven experience in an ISO13485, FDA, or other highly regulated environmentsExperience managing facility maintenance teams Why is This a Great Opportunity : Benefits Package401k matchingLife insuranceHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceShort term disabilityLong term disabilityPaid time off
