Job descriptionCurrent RN license in Oklahoma or a Compact State License. Associates degree or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required. Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 years in a leadership role preferred. Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations governing nursing homes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
