- Experience : 4+ years as a scrum master + PM experience; HR domain experience an asset
- Education : Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Certifications : Scrum Master certification (e.g. CSM, CSM-A, PSM 1) required, SAFe Agilist (SA) nice to have

Uses structured processes, e.g., team assessments, to help the team continuously improve their processes, quality, and craftsmanship.Change Management : Leverages metrics to determine if team experiments were successful; inspects and adapts accordingly.
