Key Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for financial advisors—answering questions, resolving concerns, and streamlining their experience.
  • Conduct proactive outreach through inbound and outbound calls to ensure advisor satisfaction and gather valuable feedback.
  • Guide new advisors through onboarding, account setup, and operational procedures.
  • Handle inquiries on account transitions, platform navigation, and product offerings with confidence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues swiftly and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
  • What You Bring :

  • A bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 0–2 years’ experience in client service, sales support, or relationship management—preferably in financial services.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills that build instant rapport.
  • Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and essential business tools.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Bonus : Experience in financial services, knowledge of SEC / FINRA regulations, or familiarity with advisor platforms.
