Director of IT
Works closely with Sr. Leadership to lead projects and initiatives across a variety of technologies, platforms, and teams ensuring timely delivery. Actively manages all facets of the daily operations of the identified portfolio. Ability to comprehend various technologies and business requirements by proactively identifying challenges for positive outcomes.
Qualifications :
- Drive initiatives across various technologies from inception to completion.
- Accepts responsibility and ownership of projects that align with business strategy.
- Manage projects of varying sizes and complexities in a result driven environment with ability to navigate challenges.
- Develop and execute comprehensive project strategies, overseeing project plans, schedules, status reporting and resource planning.
- Communicate a clear and compelling vision, ensuring team alignment with goals and objectives for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Organizes and maintains areas issue tracking system to monitor issues, requests, and resolutions and detect potential patterns and fixes
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
Diverse knowledge and understanding of various technologies such as POS, BOH systems, cloud, network, telephony, reporting platforms, database technologies, 3rd-party platforms, and partners.3-5 years’ experience managing IT professionals.Experience in project management with enterprise-wide projects.Familiarity with security and network systems and processes.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Experience with MS Office Suite.Experience in the food, distribution, hospitality industry or other business segments compatible with guest and customer centric support models.Strong business acumen with correlation to technological involvement.Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other IT-related field preferred (or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience).We can offer you :
