Long-Term Care Nurse Practitioner

Exceptional Care Services is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner with long-term care experience to join our team. Our practice provides high quality medical services to our residents in our care centers. This position is a full-time salaried offer with a complete benefits package.

Job Description :

The provider will have an office in a nursing home and will work 40 hours a week Monday through Friday.

Provider will see about 10-15 patients daily. We are focused on quality vs quantity.

We work during business hours. Example : 8am-4pm. Semi-flexibility with schedule.

We provide light call service

Requirements :

APRN license in the state of operation

DEA license

National Certification
