The role : We are looking for a culinarian that equally thrives in the kitchen and in the headquarters office helping drive strategic initiatives for the company. We are looking for someone that will bring innovative ideas, ingredients, and techniques to our menu, and ensure successful partnerships with all our suppliers. The ideal candidate will love to mentor and train our store members, have an eye for in-store operational details, and be tech-savvy to manage facets of our restaurant ERP system. We operate in a fast-paced, ever-changing, and rewarding environment that always strives to be the best. This position reports to the VP of Operations.
