Job Title : Developer

Location : Long Island City NY

Summary of Position :

  • Looking for a Salesforce Developer. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions that meet business needs.

Job Duties :

  • Design develop test and deploy custom Salesforce solutions.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements translating them into technical specifications.
  • Customize and configure Salesforce applications to meet business needs including creating custom objects fields workflows and validation rules.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs and middleware.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation including design specifications code comments and user guides.
  • Stay uptodate with Salesforce releases features and best practices and implement improvements as necessary.
  • Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for coding testing and deployment.

    • Qualifications and Requirements :

  • 4 years of experience as a software developer.
  • 12 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
  • At least 4 years of experience with .NET Framework 3.5 or higher and IIS 7.5 or higher.
  • At least 4 years of experience writing complex queries in TSQL.
  • At least 4 years of experience developing reports using SSRS.
  • 4 Experience developing web applications in C# using MVC XML and creating and consuming WCF / REST services / WebAPI.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Ability to meet deadlines goals and objectives within timeline.
  • Experience working with City of New York agencies is a plus
  • Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field.
