The E-commerce Content Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing content marketing deliverables to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and increase conversions across Vertiv partner’ digital channels. This role requires a creative and analytical thinker with a strong understanding of e-commerce trends and best practices.
This role can be located in Columbus, OH or in Huntsville, AL., at our corporate offices.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
Oversee the creation, editing, and publication of high-quality content across various channels, including websites and email
Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics to refine and improve content.
Develop and execute campaigns to increase customer loyalty and retention.
Collaborate with product, design, and sales teams to ensure content supports business objectives.
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure content effectiveness and ROAS.
