We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and contributing to various office activities. You will be responsible for a range of tasks that will help facilitate day-to-day functions and improve productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize office supplies and inventory
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings for staff
- Maintain filing systems and update records as necessary
- Prepare and distribute documents and reports as required
- Assist with data entry and database management tasks
- Provide support to various departments as needed
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plusProven experience as an office assistant or in a similar roleProficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google WorkspaceStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyBenefits
