Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Family Nurse Practitioner located in Toledo, OH. The Family Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing primary care services to patients, conducting assessments, diagnosing illnesses, prescribing medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Many of our patients have complex medical conditions complicated by socioeconomic struggles so this position requires someone with exceptional skills.
Qualifications
Masters of science in nursing from an accredited nurse practitioner program.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Prescriptive authority and medication management
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Minimum 2 years experience in primary care or family medicine
- State licensure as a Nurse Practitioner
- Preferably experience working in a Federally Qualified Health Center
- Preferably experience working with EPIC EHR
