LHH is assisting our client in finding an immediate Entry Level Degreed Accountant to cover a 3-month leave of absence. It could also lead to a permanent role! The role is based on Torrance and is an in-office position with working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM. The interview will be conducted virtually. Our client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Accountant. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career and gain accounting experience.

Job Description :

Responsibilities in which you will be trained :

  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
  • Support month-end processes.
  • Conduct financial analysis and generate reports as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Learn and use Microsoft AX Dynamics software for accounting tasks.

Qualifications :

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
