Lead - West Dock-Weekend Shift

POSITION SUMMARY

This position will execute the daily work activities and monitor the work performance of a small group of employees within their assigned area.

Requirements

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONIBIILITIES

• Coordinate day-to day workflow, training and troubleshooting in a multi-temperature environment; including temperatures at or below freezing.
• Using WMS or other systems / reports, track and / or review productivity to ensure goals, deadlines and outputs are met in an accurate and efficient manner.
• Provide constructive and timely feedback to associates (one on one or in a group setting) regarding performance and productivity.
• Conduct start-up meetings for the entire department, as needed.
• Assist in updating and documenting process changes and training plans.
• Impact retention positively by fostering respectful team environment through professional communication, motivation and timely problem resolution.
• Work on the floor in a production role during non-peak performing manual labor, as required.
• Adhere to all safety, security and SQF requirements.
• Perform other duties and work in other departments, as assigned.
• Maintain reasonable and reliable attendance
