Good Health Psychiatric Services, PC is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join our team as a mental health clinician. In this role, you will provide high-quality therapy services to individuals, families, and groups, helping clients navigate various mental health challenges.
Additionally, this position offers an exciting opportunity to be a liaison within our Collaborative Care (COCM) program , bridging the gap between our mental health office and primary care providers to ensure integrated, comprehensive patient care.
Responsibilities :
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy services to clients of all ages.
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to help clients achieve their mental health goals.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers through the COCM program , facilitating communication between primary care offices and mental health professionals to enhance patient outcomes.
- Maintain clinical documentation in accordance with professional and ethical standards.
