Contract : 13 weeks

Shift : 8 : 00 AM 4 : 30 PM

Pay Rate : $63 / hr on W2

Holy Cross Hospital are currently seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join the team at in Silver Spring MD . This is a 13week contract with an 8hour day shift schedule and a competitive pay rate of $63 / hr on W2 .

Job Responsibilities :

  • Provide psychosocial support to patients and families.
  • Assess patient needs and develop care plans.
  • Lead and coordinate discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions for patients.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.
  • Facilitate discharge planning and connect patients with community resources.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with hospital policies.

Requirements :

  • Active LCSW license in Maryland.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
