Job Description :
- Manage sales and marketing activities for a leading contract manufacturing firm delivering electro-mechanical and electro-optical systems for the defense / aerospace market.
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Develop tailored sales strategies targeted to various defense integrators.
- Manage the entire sales cycle and processes, including lead generation, price proposals, bids and purchase orders.
- Direct customer presentations, sales negotiations, and deal closure.
- Manage complex bid and proposal processes with technical requirements to deliver customized solutions.
- Manage the company’s new business pipeline.
- Build strategic relationships and business plans within key accounts.
- Contribute to the company’s products and services roadmap.
- Manage a variety of customers.
Prerequisites :
5-7 years of experience in a comparable position managing sales for the defense / aerospace sector.Proven familiarity with U.S. defense integrators (required)Familiarity with armored vehicle market (preferred)Strong communications / presentation skills, proven experience in negotiationsEducation :
Bachelor’s degree in engineering and / or business administration (preferred)
