Job description

Looking for an experienced baker for a bakery production position.

Day time shifts starting as early as 4am-12pm and 7am-3pm. Monday-Friday including weekends when needed.

Duties include :

  • Produce all of the ciabatta, baguettes, sourdoughs, specialty breads, and related items for retail, wholesale, and catering orders.
  • Maintain a clean work environment.
  • Comfortable with open communication and receiving constructive feedback.
  • Various other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 1 year experience professional kitchen experience.
  • Proficient at math / baker's percentages.
  • Must be able to move efficiently and quickly.
  • Must work well as a team member.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

    • Pay is weekly at $16.00-$18.00 an hour DOE. Lofton offers benefits, including health, vision, dental, and paid vacation after one year of service.
