Responsibilities :

Demonstratea “servant’s heart” by creating unique and personalized experiences

Assistcustomers by phone, email, chat, text, and social media

Scheduleservice reservations for customers

Own allcustomer issues or concerns

Escalatecustomer concerns as needed

Workclosely with sales and service departments to resolve any issues

Requirements : High school diploma

Organization and attention todetail

Proficiency in all Microsoft Officeprograms

Strong written and verbalcommunication skills

Genuine desire to solve problems

Ability to think critically

Ability to show empathy toward customerswhile handling their requests

Ability to actively listen

A minimum typing speed of 35words per minute

Ability to multitask

Availability to work eveningsand weekends

Previous hospitality industryexperience preferred
