Job descriptionExcellent Communication skills (Written and Oral), Operational Risk expertise. Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) acumen. A minimum of a degree with 6+ years Control Testing experience Good understanding of risks associated with processes, defining controls, execution and reporting of the test results to clients. Preparing and updating job aids defining detailed testing procedures Experience in doing peer review and performing Quality checks. Experience in maintaining Control Rating, business guidance and Procedure, key attributes and testing commentary results. Working Relationship Building skills with all stakeholders Adaptable and ability to Engage with peer groups.
Roles & Responsibilities
Test Performer
- Collaborate with the Control Owners and Product Owners to identify and collect all necessary documentation to complete testing assignment.
- Perform and document a test of design through a walkthrough and a test of a control.
- Determine test objectives, test attributes and test procedures and gather a sample to perform a test of operating effectiveness.
- Document work papers to evidence test execution and determine test conclusion.
- Report an issue if a control is found to be ineffective.
- Partner with Test reviewer, control owner to ensure deliverable meets requirements, ensure control test has been completed timely and accurately, and respond to any inquiries.
