Registered Dietitian – Skilled Nursing & Long-Term Care (16-24 Hours / Week, 50% Remote)
Location : Houston, TX
Job Type : Part-Time (16-24 hours per week)
Compensation : $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
RD Nutrition Consultants is seeking a registered dietitian to provide clinical nutrition services in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting. This position offers a flexible schedule with 16-24 hours per week and the ability to work 50% remotely , providing both onsite and telehealth-based nutrition care.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Monitor residents’ nutritional status and adjust interventions as needed
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to improve patient outcomes
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including MDS documentation
- Provide education to staff and residents on nutrition-related topics
