Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson at Pristine Landscape and Lighting LLC. The Salesperson will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, such as presenting services to clients, closing deals and project managing. This role is based in Collin count, TX, you will need reliable transportation and this is not a 9-5 job it is a all hours job that has a base pay plus commission. We did about 3 mil in revenue last year and are looking to do 4.5 so plenty of work to sell as we get alot of leads in from our sources that need to be ran and sold. There is plenty of commission for you to cross sale for our other companies also if you send referrals to them.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in the landscaping or related industry
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Customer service orientation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in CRM software
• Knowledge of landscape construction and lawn care services is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
