Project Architect :

Form4 Architecture has an opportunity for a Project Architect with 8-12 years of progressive work experience.

Our studio culture emphasizes well-executed designs across multiple market sectors. With exciting multifamily housing projects in the pipeline, we are expanding our team. Position Title : Project Architect

The Project Architect at Form4 plays a critical role in designing and delivering exceptional architectural projects. This position is an excellent opportunity to join a highly creative, collaborative team while working on inspiring architectural projects.

Responsibilities and Duties :

  • Prepare project schedules and work plans; plan and oversee project documentation.
  • Apply firm standards and conduct ongoing quality control reviews of documents.
  • Ensure compliance with construction standards, code requirements, and ADA regulations.
  • Collaborate with project team members on design solutions and documentation.
  • Resolve complex technical and design issues.
  • Communicate and coordinate with consultants and authorities having jurisdiction.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience as a Project Architect on suitable projects in terms of type and size, multifamily housing experience is a strong plus.
  • Experience leading, managing, and mentoring a project team
  • Strong organization, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Commitment to high-quality work and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Revit is required; familiarity with conceptual 3D modeling tools like Rhino, SketchUp, FormIt, and Bluebeam is preferred.
  • A well-developed design sense and excellent graphical skills
  • Strong understanding of building materials, details, and construction techniques.
  • Ability to develop architecturally resolved details that support ambitious design solutions
  • Architectural license / on track to licensure
