Job Description :
Cypress Capital Group is seeking a Fundraising Consultant to target $100M raise from high-net-worth individuals and family offices for our Fourth Silicon Valley Private Equity Real Estate Fund. This role has the potential to transition into a full-time position, leading Investor Relations and Business Development.
Key Responsibilities :
- Raise $100M capital from high-net-worth individuals and family offices
- Create compelling presentation materials
- Build and manage relationships with investors
- Collaborate with the senior team on fundraising strategy
Qualifications :
Compensation :
5% success fee on capital raised through your capital introductions (No retainer)
