COMPENSATION : $70,000 to $85,000 The Beverage Manager, will manage the daily beverage operations for all catering and retail food operations, working directly with the Director of Food & Beverage Services to meet operating and financial goals, client objectives, and customer needs. Requires at least 2 years of experience in a management roleBachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferredStrong interpersonal skillsAbility to maintain effective client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial business relationshipsAbility to demonstrate excellent customer service using company's standard service modelAbility to maintain an effective working relationship with other departments to a unified food service experience for all customersMixology Experience strongly preferred.Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lb.Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
