We are seeking a talented hospitality Director of Engineering for a successful multi-faceted business located in San Benito County, CA . This family owned business is rich in history as it has been in business for over 100 years and offers a unique mix of F&B, retail, and lodging. This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced facilities / maintenance professional in the hospitality industry looking to join a thriving and growing company.

Compensation : $110,000-$130,000 / yr (Commensurate with Experience), health benefits, PTO, and more!

Requirements :

• 5+ years of Director level engineering and facilities management
• Experience working in a hotel / resort setting
• Strong leadership and team building skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field is preferred
