- Bachelor degree, Master’s degree preferred in Healthcare IT, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressively growing responsibility managing projects and programs in Information Technology as it applies to healthcare (Biotech, Pharma, Medical Device, etc)
- Validated experience in program management, customer engagement, leading managers
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Detailed understanding of project management methods and standard processes based on demonstration of a shown track-record of project and program delivery.
- Detailed understanding of the technology and healthcare landscape (external) and how it influences and defines strategies to help companies deliver on shareholder expectations (Revenue, Operating Margin, and / or Customer Satisfaction)
- Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven problem-solving ability
