Responsibilities

  • Conduct renewal reviews to ensure clients have the right coverage for their evolving needs.
  • Process policy changes accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist clients with payments and provide guidance on payment options.
  • Prepare and deliver quotes for new and existing policies.
  • Schedule client appointments and maintain organized records.
  • Assisting clients with account rounding through cross-sell opportunities

Requirement

  • No prior insurance license / experience is required, but a willingness to pursue licensure and certifications is needed.
  • Strong organizational skills and a passion for helping others.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
