Job Overview
We are currently seeking a full time Tier I Support Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of extensive hands on experience with desktop support including o365, Desktop Support and client facing experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide phone support and remote remediation for complex issues
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer system problems across a broad range of technologies
- Provide remote installations of new software and upgrades
- Provide remote installation of service Packs and security updates
- Provide helpdesk support including analyzing and resolving end-user issues
Skills & Experience
Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and desktop applicationsExperience with installing, configuring, and administering a broad range of technologiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of Citrix, VMware and Microsoft Systems Administration is a plusCertifications a plus
