What We’re Looking For :

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (required).
Licensure : Professional Engineering registration in the State of Ohio (preferred).
Experience : Minimum of 5 years in land development engineering.
Knowledge : Strong understanding of local, state, and federal codes and regulations.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in using computer systems for effective project design and management.
Leadership : Ability to manage multiple projects and lead diverse project teams.
Soft Skills : Strong communication, leadership, planning, teamwork, decision-making, judgment, and problem-solving abilities.
