Urologist Needed for Locum Tenens Coverage at Hospital in Western Kentucky

A hospital is seeking a urologist for locum tenens coverage.

In Western Kentucky, explore the fascinating underground wonders of Mammoth Cave National Park, the world's longest cave system, offering thrilling cave tours and breathtaking underground landscapes.

The facility uses the EPIC EMR system for notes, and they require Board Certified candidates (Board Eligible will not be considered). Certifications needed include BLS, DEA, KY License, ATLS, ACLS, and Surgical Critical Care. The coverage needed is part-time, from 7 AM on May 7, 2025, to 7 AM on May 12, 2025. This is 24-hour coverage, including call, rounding, and patient care. The typical cases include stone treatment, cystoscopy, prostate biopsy, TUNA, robotics, urology surgery, colorectal procedures, basic vascular, upper and lower endoscopy, C-sections, critical care, and trauma. The provider will see 16-20 patients per day.
